Objective:To observe and analyze the manifestations of the acupoints' body surface microcirculation characteristics of different meridians and different types of acupoints of three yin meridians related to the uterine system in primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 160 subjects were included in this study,80 in dysmenorrhea group and 80 in normal group.All subjects were selected strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and all were female college students and graduate students of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to January 2018.The test was carried out in the scientific research center of Xingyuan campus of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The laser speckle blood flow imaging system produced by Moor company in the UK was used in this study.The acupoints detected were the meridians related to the uterus in which of three yin meridians:the Yuan-source points(the Taiba points of spleen channel of the Foot-Taiyin,the Taichong points of liver channel of the Foot-Jueyin,the Taixi points of kidney channel of the Foot-Shaoyin),the Xi-Cleft(the Diji points of spleen channel of the Foot-Taiyin,the Zhongdu points of liver channel of the Foot-Jueyin,the Shuiquan points of kidney channel of the Foot-Shaoyin),Sanyinjiao points of the crossing acupoint and the Xuehai points of the non-specific acupoints of spleen channel of the Foot-Taiyin,uterine-irrelevant meridians acupoints of Xuanzhong of gallbladder channel of the Foot-Shaoyang;Non-acupoints points in the same level of Xuanzhong,between stomach channel of the Foot-Yangming with gallbladder channel of the Foot-Shaoyang.The detection time of acupoint surface microcirculation for the two groups of subjects was before the menstruation,the first day of menstruation,and the third day after the end ofmenstruation.Each person continued to probe each acupoint for 2 minutes.The blood flow difference of the same name points was the main outcome measure of microcirculation characteristics,and the laser speckle blood flow imaging image was used as an objective picture.In order to ensure the stability of the detection indicators,the time of three probes per subject remained the same.Results:1.Before menstruation,there was a significant difference in body surface blood flow difference between the normal group and the dysmenorrhea group at Xuanzhong point(P=0.01).2.In the normal group,there was a significant difference in the body surface blood flow difference between the first day of menstruation and the third day after menstruation at Shuiquan point(P=0.01).Conclusion:1.From the view of body surface blood flow difference of point,we inferred that Xuanzhong had a specific reaction before the onset of primary dysmenorrhea.2.From the view of body surface blood flow difference of point,we inferred that Shuiquan had a specific reaction to normal female menstrual on set.
