Purpose:Through the palpation statistics of foot yangming by tendon knee osteoarthritis in patients with lower extremity nodal lesions point of the high frequency,the use of laser speckle imaging technology to observe the static and dynamic conditions of nodules and nodules lesions skin microcirculation blood flow The difference of perfusion quantity,and further deepen the study of the scientific mechanism of the tendon,so that the classical medical theory is more modern medical connotation.Material and method:Health volunteers: healthy volunteers all from the Liaoning area,the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and other leg diseases of the community residents,men and women about 50,aged 40-70 years old,and obtain the consent of the volunteers in writing.Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients: KOA patients in all cases between 2016.3-2017.3 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated first and second hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients.Meet the inclusion of patients in order to enter the study,men and women about 200,are willing to sign informed consent.Through the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,excluding standard screening cases.KOA patients were palpated,the frequency of nodules was recorded and the frequency was recorded.The healthy group and the KOA group were lying in the supine position,keeping the environment quiet,the light and the temperature were stable.After breathing,the mood was stable,the highest frequency of the top five nodded lesions to the laser speckle imager to scan to 1cm * 1cm for the ROI.Using the moorFLPI-2 Review V4.0 image,blood perfusion maps,intensity maps and color photographs were generated simultaneously on a computer monitor and the blood perfusion volumes(Prefusion unit,PU value).After holding the posture for 15 min,the new lattice brand 0.35 * 50 mm disposable needle was used to acupuncture the five nodules(nodule point)to scan with laser speckle imager to record 1cm * 1cm for ROI,The infusion of the tendons(nodules)5min,10 min,15min,20 min.Results:1.The observation of 103 cases of foot-yangming KOA patients with the most frequent,the highest frequency of the first five nodules were: patella within the 98 cases,the ratio was 95.15%;tibial medial condyle 95 cases,the ratio was 92.23%;patellar 87 cases,the rate of 84.47%;85 cases of patellar,the rate was 82.52%;foot three times 75 cases,the ratio was 72.82%.2.The two groups of intra-abdominal,tibial medial condyle,patellar,patellar,three weeks of the static skin perfusion volume by statistical tests,P all <0.05,statistically significant.3.Peripheral,tibial medial condyle,patellar,patellar,three times the acupuncture can be the skin blood flow perfusion by statistical tests,P all <0.05,with statistical significance;5min skin blood flow Perfusion volume of skin perfusion volume by statistical tests,P all <0.05,statistically significant;10min skin perfusion volume by statistical tests,P all <0.05,statistically significant;15min skin blood flow Perfusion volume by statistical tests,P all <0.05,statistically significant;20min skin perfusion volume by statistical tests,P all <0.05,statistically significant Conclusion:1.There is more chance of injury in the medial patella of the foot-yangming KOA patients.2.Compared with healthy volunteers,the blood perfusion volume of the nodular lesion was significantly increased in the static condition of the foot-yangming KOA patients.3.Compared with healthy volunteers,the blood perfusion volume of the nodular lesion was significantly increased in the dynamic case of foot-yangming KOA patients.4.There is a structural-functional correlation between tendon injury in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Laser speckle imaging technology can help to establish the objective evaluation system of KOA.5.The increase of blood perfusion volume and the improvement of tissue microcirculation may be one of the mechanisms of clinical onset of acupuncture focal points.
