| Objective: To observe and analyse the manifestations of the microcirculation blood perfusion volume on the body surface of acupoints on the uterus-related three yin meridians of the foot in menstrual cycle under physiological state, and to explore the specific law of microcirculation reaction on the body surface of acupoints on the three yin meridians of the foot in menstrual cycle under physiological state. Methods: Ninety healthy female college students without dysmenorrhea with normal menstrual cycle were recruited, which are from Hebei University of Chinese Medicine. The experiment was completed at the Experimental Center of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to January2019.Yuan-primary points(Taichong,Taibai,Taixi),Xi-cleft points(Zhongdu,Diji,Shuiquan),Crossing points of the three foot-yin meridians(Sanyinjiao),non-specific points of Spleen meridian(Xuehai)related to the uterus on the three yin meridians of the foot were selected as the monitoring points, and non-related meridian acupoints(Xuanzhong)and Non-acupoint points were selected as the controled points and examined by laser speckle blood flow imaging technology during the menstrual period(when the menstrual flow is maximum),follicular period(the 1 or 2 days after the end of menstruation),ovulation period(the 1 day after the basal body temperature increases)and luteal period(the 8 or 9 days after the basal body temperature increases). All testing points located in the same or adjacent spinal cord to the uterus. Each acupoint was probed continued for 2 minutes and once every period. The time of three probes per subject remained the same. The main outcome index was the acupoints’ body surface microcirculation blood perfusion.Results:1.Comparison of the microcirculation on the body surface of the same acupoint in different periods, the right side: the blood perfusion volume of Diji of the menstrual period is lower than that of the ovulation phase and luteal phase(both P<0.05);and that of the follicular phase is lower than that of ovulation phase(P< 0.05).The left side: the blood perfusion volume of Zhongdu of the menstrual period is lower than that of the follicular, ovulation and luteal phases(all P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the other acupoints in menstrual cycle(all P> 0.05).2.Comparison of the microcirculation on the body surface of the same kind of acupoints in the same period, there was a statistically significant differences in the right side of Yuan-primary points’ blood perfusion volume of the three yin meridians of the foot in the menstrual period: the blood perfusion volume of Taibai was greater than that of Taixi and Taichong, and the blood perfusion volume of Taixi was greater than that of Taichong, the differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in acupoints of other generic in any of periods of menstrual cycle separately(all P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.From the comparison of the microcirculation reaction on the body surface of the same acpoints in different periods,it was preliminarily suggested that the microcirculation on the body surface of Diji and Zhongdu can specifically reflect the variation of Qi and blood of menstrual cycle under physiological state of uterus.2.From the comparison of the microcirculation reaction on the body surface of the same generic of acupuncture points in the same period,it can be concluded that the relationship between the Liver,Spleen,Kidney Meridians and menstruation are closer during the Menstrual period, and the relationship between Spleen Meridian’ Qi and blood and normal menstruation is closer than Kidney Meridian and Liver Meridian.3.The physiological changes of microcirculation reaction on the body surface of acupoints are based on the spinal cord segments where the acupoints are located, but the attribute of the acupoints and the meridians where they are located should be the key factors for the specific reaction. |
