The Efficacy Of Sini Powder And Jujube In Treating Premenstrual Hemorrhoids

Objective:The curative effect of Sini powder and wolfberry jujube soup on premenstrual acne is observed,and the differences between the combination of Sini powder and wolfberry jujube soup and Xiaoyao powder in component and clinical application are anatomized,as to exert more perfected curative effect on the patient with acne based on the optimized thoughts and projects.Background:The acne,namely the acne vulgaris,has been commonly seen in the cases of clinical medicine,frequently occurring on the face of teenagers.Such disease is caused by multiple factors,primarily affecting the patients' skin.From the perspective of modern medicine,this disease is triggered due to the bacterial infection in hair follicle or sebaceous gland,endocrinopathy,high secretion level in sebaceous gland and dyscrasia of hormone,including the high androgen level.This disease is commonly occurred on the face of young people aged from 15 to 24 and shall be self-cured after the puberty.The scar,cicatrix and sunken skin shall be led to due to the inappropriate treatment or the squeezing by oneself.The premenstrual acne occurs one or two week(s)in the premenstrual period.Accordingly the acne or he skin damage due to the acne shall be exacerbated on female's skin.Such exacerbation shall be alleviated and faded away in the wake of the menstrual period.Such disease shall be repeated in long term.The Western medicine believes that the premenstrual acne is dependent on the increase in hormones,and accordingly the alopecia,pilosity and menstrual disorder are accompanied with the increase.Generally the grading treatment and the treatment based on antiandrogen drug are adopted to cure the acne vulgaris.The traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the acne vulgaris enjoys the abundant experience and the favorable curative effect.Majorly the heat syndrome is adopted as the dialectical idea.The accompanied illnesses with the acne vulgaris on patients are just as mentioned,whereas the exacerbation in the premenstrual period is over illustrated and analyzed with no unified result.The clinical perspective bespeaks that due to the special physiological characteristics of female menstruation,the paroxysm of premenstrual acne is closely bond by the physiology and pathology of menstruation.Additionally it is commonly believed that the acne type discussed hereof is dependent on the deficiency of liver and kidney and the Chong-Ren debility.Hence the Xiaoyao powder is also adopted to cure this disease.Method:60 female patients with premenstrual acne treated in Guanganmen Hospital subordinated by China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from Nov.1st 2015 to Jan.1st 2017 are investigated.The general condition,menstruation condition,diet and lifestyle are recorded,and the patients' skin lesion conditions are evaluated.The 60 patients are randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group of patients is given the combination of Sini powder and wolfberry jujube soup,and the control group is given the Xiaoyao powder for treatment.The medicines adopted in two groups are jointly selected as the herbal medicine from outpatient section of dermatological department in Guanganmen Hospital.One dose per day is given to each group.Totally 400ml decoction is acquired and taken in the morning and evening.One course of treatment contains four weeks.After two courses,the curative effect is evaluated.During the treatment,the patients are advised to not stay up late and abandon the spicy and oily food.Results:60 patients are involved in this treatment with the exacerbated acne in premenstrual period.The ages,course of disease,skin lesion condition,property and the personal feeling on symptoms of all patients are recorded.Through the statistical comparison,P>0.05,indicates no difference of statistics,attaching the comparability.30 patients are contained in the treatment group,2 of which are recovered,10 of which are manifesting excellent curative effect,13 of which have obvious curative effect and the other 5 have no curative effect,marketing the total effective rate of 83.33%.likewise 30 patients are selected in the control group,1 of which are recovered,7 of which have obvious effect,16 of which have the effect and the other 6 have no effect,marking the total effective rate of 80%,a little less than that of the treatment group.Through the statistical analysis,there is no significant difference between two groups,bespeaking the similar curative effects of two treatments.Through comparing the skin lesion condition before and after the treatment of each group,P<0.01 bespeaks the statistical difference before and after the treatment,demonstrating the obvious curative effect of each treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect of combination of Sini powder and wolfberry jujube soup is obvious on exacerbated acne and similar to that of the commonly applied Xiaoyao powder.
