Studies On The Extraction Of Effective Components And Analysis For Sini Powder

Sini powder is a kind of pure traditional medicine,which was recorded in Typhoid Work, and contains the ingredients of Chaifu,Baisao,zhisi and Gancao. This task studied on the extraction of effective components and components analysis.Sini decoction,zhisi volatile oil,Paeoniflorin inclusion compound,Crude saikosides,flavonoids,Glycyrrhetic acid and Glycyrrhizic acid inclusion,comingfrom Sini powder,were conducted pharmacodynamics experiments through stomach-excreting and intestine-marching experiments.lt shows that Sini powder promote function in stomach-excreting and intestine-marching.Using extract and Paeoniflorin content as markers,the optimum extraction technology of Sini decoction was selected with the orthogonal experimentThe best extraction technology is as follows:adding 8 times water, decocting 3 times,90 min for each time.Sini decoction was accumulated and purified through cross-linked polystyene first,and TLC,Paeoniflorin content and pharmacodynamic comparison were carried out between preceding-column and behind-column.lt showed that D141A cross-linked polystyrene was good in accumulating and purifying Sini decoction.Maximum absorbing volume is l:3.2,that is,l gram cross-linked polystyrene can absorb 3.2 milligram indicating components.60% alcolol as cleaning is 3:1.Moreover, we found that lower-concentration salt solution and temperature-ascending could decrease the resin's absorbing capability.Steam distillation and SFE method were used in extract volatilize components,and GC-MS was used in components analysis,GC-MS analysis about zhisi is the first time.lt showed that the number of components in steam distillation extraction for zhisi was about 38,mainly containing phonol,mellow etc,which occupied over 90% in all components.The number of components of SFE for zhisi was about 26,and occupy over 43% in all components.Through analyzing the components of chafu, which were extracted by steam distillation and SFE,it showed that the analyzed components is fewer than zhisi.The number of components in steam distillation extraction for chafu was about 13,mainly containing Thymyl methyl ether,Beta-selinene and so on,which occupied over 18% in all components.The number of components in SFE for Chafu were 9,mainly containing D-Limonene,3-Carene and so on,which occupied over 20% in all components.
