The Clinical Research Of Electro-acupuncture And Manipulation Maneuver Therapy In The Blood Stasis Type Of Prolapse Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

1 The objectsNumerous research to make clear that,the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Chinese medical science have distinctive effect in treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and the side effect also little,it not also can to lessen the patient's painful but also can improve the activation of the rump and the leg,elevation the quality of life.This research under the guide of theory of the Chinese medical science,to approach the effects of electro-acupuncture and the manipulation maneuver in treated the blood stasis type of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,in this research,the clinical cases of a particular disease dived under randomized controlled trial,to observe the curative effect, this research in order to supply the referred curative effect judgement standard for PLID, and to approach the clinical curative effect of the electro-acupuncture and the manipulation maneuver to PLID.2 The methodsWe made a literature review on the pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and sighs and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.at random,we divided 60 cases into two groups.The treatment group was treated with the combination of acupuncture and manipulation of message.And the control group was treated with normal acupuncture.Then we made contrast analysis of the therapeutic effects between the two methods above.As to the treatment group,we select master point and symptomatic poits.At first,we mainly used mild message manipulation. On the lumbago poits,we used finger kneading manipulation to make small range of massage.As to the rubbing method,we used thenar eminence to rube between the kidney shu and the large intestine shu and to stop when the skin was with hot sensation.As to method of foulage,we used finger and palm to keep close to waist and acted on the kidney shu and the gate of life.It should be stopped when the waist was with hot sensation.As to the method of pressing manipulation,we used finger pressing manipulation evenly and made the poits was with swell and aching and tingling sensation.The master poits were waist jiaji poit,kidney shu,the large intestine shu,Ciliao and circular jump.As to symptomatic poits,patients with radiating pain of lower limb need to select cheng fu, yinmen,weizhong,yanglingquan,cheng shan and kamlun,etc.After routine sterilization, we used 1 to 3 inches filiform needle and retain the needles for 30 minutes.One time a day and a course of treatment was 10 times,there are 3～5days between two courses.As to the control group,the point's selection and the course of treatment were as the treatment group.3 The resultsComposite score of the curative effects display that:Through the t test,the two groups' score of composite have no significant difference before treated(P＞0.05);after treated,not only the treatment group but also the contrl group have a significant difference (P＜0.01,P＜0.05);and the control group the treatment group was better than the control group,the result have a significant difference(p＜0.05).For the curative effect analysis,after the Ridit analysis,the treatment group was better than the control group,the curative effect have a significant difference,the results have statistical significance(p＜0.05).For the treatment group:excellence 17cases,utility 10 cases,ineffective 3 cases.For the control group:excellence 9cases,utility 13 cases,ineffective 8 cases.To the total effective rate,the treatment group was better than the control group.As to the scores of pain:After treated, both two group can improve significantly than before treated in the S,A,T,VAS,PPI(p＜0.05,p＜0.01,p＜0.001);as to the score of S,A,T,VAS,the treatment group was better than the control group(p＜0.05),but for the PPI,the difference has no significant(p＞0.05).4 The conclusionsBoth merely electro-acupuncture and the electro-acupuncture combine manipulation maneuver have a good curative effect to the blood stasis type PLID:they can improve the pain symptoms evidently,improve the activity function of the waist and the leg and the quality of life,so that it can heal the PLID.But not only to improve the symptoms of pain but also to improve the other correlated symptoms and the effective power,the electro-acupuncture combine the manipulation maneuver all better than the merely electro-acupuncture.Because most of the PLID can treated well through the conservative therapy,so that,as two important therapy methods:the acupuncture and the manipulation maneuver should be generalization in clinical.
