ObjectiveTo observe the effect of emergency project drilling in the training of new nurses' firstaid ability, and to explore the application value of emergency preparedness training model.MethodMethods: The research object were 100 newly recruited nurses in the first hospital of Changsha in 2016,According to the different level of Education(undergraduate, junior college graduate, technical secondary school graduate)stratified sampling, nurses were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)?Based on the teaching material “Hunan Province Nursing Technical Operation and Grading Standard” as standard,Select 6 common first aid skills as evaluation items,Including intravenous infusion, sputum aspiration, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, gastric lavage and catheterization.Design 4 emergency preparedness trainings according to this 6 emergency operations,Including the emergency treatment of Cardiac arrest, asphyxia, epileptic seizure and infusion reaction. All nurses were trained for 7 months,The control group was given traditional training methods,Including theory teaching, operating demonstration, single emergency operation training and examination mode, while the experimental group was given theory teaching, single sub emergency operation, comprehensive emergency drills and examination mode. The contents of the examination include the first-aid theory knowledge, operation examination and the first-aid ability.First-aid ability score table reference master Zhao Liting's assessment form.who is a master of Shanxi Medical University.According to examination results,Compare the differences between the experimental group and the control group in theoretical knowledge, operational skills, emergency response ability, communication and coordination ability, first aid management ability,first-aid research ability, personal characteristics and work attitude, evaluating the application and effect of emergency preparedness training in the training of new nurses.Results1.Before training the theoretical scores of the experimental group was 66.56±7.74 points and the control group was about 67.26±6.33 points, while the experimental group score of operating marks was 69.84±7.807 points, the control group was 70.26±7.378.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before training(P>0.05).After training the theoretical scores of the experimental group was 84.02±7.59 points and the control group was about 80.20±5.37 points, while the experimental group score of operating marks was 88.24±5.39 points, the control group was 79.82±6.69.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before training.Compared with the control group, the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The result of the operating marks are also the same as the theoretical results.2.After training there were significant differences in the scores of first-aid ability, communication and coordination ability,first-aid management ability, emergency scientific research ability and so on(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe emergency preparedness training can improve the abilities of Emergency response ability, communication and coordination ability, first aid management ability and first-aid scientific research ability.this method is worth popularizing.
