Objective This study was to explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction on postpartum endometritis rats.By understanding the effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction on the expression of ?-catenin and APC in postpartum endometritis model rats,the mechanism of Yiqi Huayu Decoction therapy in the treatment of postpartum endometritis can provide the theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods 40 pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,group of Yiqi Huayu decoction(low dose)group and Yiqi Huayu decoction(high dose)group,Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,model group and blank controller.In addition to the blank group,the rest of the group began to make the rat swimming strain model on the 7th day of pregnancy until delivery.On the first day after deliver,all the groups,except the blank controller,were vaccinated cultured overnight bacteria.The inoculation amount was 0.2ml.After molding sucessfully,we began to gavage once a day for 7 days and take their uterus on the eighth day.The expression of ?-catenin and APC m RNA in the uterus were measured by Real-time PCR.Western Blot semi-quantitative method was used to detect the protein expression of ?-catenin and APC in the uterus.Results1.The expression of ?-catenin and APC m RNA in uterus of rat Compared with the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,the m RNA expression of ?-catenin gene in the model group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the expression of ?-catenin gene in the blank group and Yiqi high-dose group was significantly higher(P <0.01),and the m RNA of the control group was4.63 times and 3.11 times higher than that of the control group,while the expression of m RNA in the Yiqi low-dose group was not significantly changed compared with the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group(P >0.05).Compared with the model group,the treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).The Yiqi high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the low dose group(P <0.01).In the expression of APC m RNA,the relative expression of APC m RNA in the blank group and the Yiqi high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,which was 0.26 and 0.44 times.The model group was 4.87 times higher than Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,the difference was statistically(P <0.05),while the expression of m RNA in the Yiqi low-dose group was not significantly changed compared with the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group(P >0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the model group(P <0.01).The Yiqi high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the low-dose group(P <0.01).2.The expression of ?-catenin and APC protein in the uterus of rats Compared with the blank group,the relative protein content of ?-catenin in the model group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P <0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of ?-catenin relative protein in the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,Yiqi low-dose group and Yiqi high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P <0.01).Compared with the control group,the content of ?-catenin relative protein in the Yiqi high-dose group was significantly increased(P <0.01),while the expression of?-catenin protein in the Yiqi low-dose group was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Compared with the blank group,the APC relative protein content of the model group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the model group,the APC protein content of the Xin Sheng Hua Granules control group,Yiqi low-dose group and Yiqi high-dose group were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the APC relative protein content of Yiqi high-dose group was significantly lower(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference in the expression of APC protein in the Yiqi low-dose group(P >0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huayu Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on postpartum endometritis,which up-regulates the expression of ?-catenin gene in the endometrium of postpartum endometritis rats and down-regulates APC gene expression.The effect of stasis may be through the activation of Wnt signaling pathway,reduce postpartum endometrial inflammation of the endometrial injury,promote endometrial remodeling repair,so that can achieve the purpose of uterine recovery.
