Clinical Observation On Buqi Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Postpartum Lochia (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Buqi Huayu Decoction in treating postpartum lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis,this paper provides some scientific basis for the specific clinical application of this prescription,and further provides clinical ideas and methods for effective treatment of postpartum lochia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,60 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea in the outpatient department of Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The patients were randomly and evenly divided into treatment group(Buqi Huayu Decoction)and control group(Shenghua Decoction),with 30 cases in each group.The indexes of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed to evaluate the reliability and safety of Buqi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Results:After data analysis:1.There was no significant difference in age,height,weight,hemoglobin,course of disease,uterine volume before treatment and TCM syndrome score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with the effective rate of 93.33%in the treatment group and 76.67%in the control group.3.After treatment,the effective rate of hemostasis in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of hemostasis in the treatment group is 96.67%,while that in the control group is 73.33%.4.After treatment,the uterine volume of the treatment group is smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Buqi Huayu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients;2.Buqi Huayu Decoction can obviously promote uterine involution;3.Buqi Huayu Decoction can help the discharge of stagnant blood in uterine and achieve the purpose of stopping bleeding.
