Objective:To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huayu Decoction(YQHY) of apoptosis and Bcl-2,Bax expression of subinvolution of uterus endometrial cells in rat undersand the occurrence,prolifenation of endometrium and the evolution,provide important guidance significance for prevention and treatment of a variety of postpartum disease.Process:The SD rats were male and female ratio of2:1is mated to pregnancy.All delivery in rates were randomly parted into5groups, normal group, model group, Xinshenghua Keli group and higher-doses group and lower-doses group and each of the five groups had eight of rats.The first day after delivery, the overnight culture was diluted with normal saline to1.0×107cells/mL of E. coli, respectively, in the model group, Xinshenghua Keli group, YQHY high and low dose group modeling, namely inoculated with E. coli in the womb, the uterus inoculation of0.2mL.The first day after the model was established, were given normal group, model group, Xinshenghua Keli group, YQHY low-dose treatment group was given once a day for seven days, the first eight days of abdominal aortic blood after the rats were killed, the uterine, fixed specimens. HE staining pathological changes observed in each group of rats uterus sliced through the light microscope;the cell’s apoptosis of endometrial was detected through the TUNEL techonlogy and immunohistochemical detection of endometrial tissue protein Bcl-2, Bax protein.Results:(1) Obverse the morphology of endometrialby light microscope:Model group rats endometrium partial disruption of continuity and endometrial some small blood vessels to dilate and congestion, epithelial cell necrosis, interstitial edema osteoporosis, a large number of inflammatory cells; Xinshenghua Keli group and high-dose group endometrial no interruption, no significant epithelial injury, no obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells, glands and more, no vascular dilation, congestion, dense mass, no significant uterine bleeding, exudate; low-dose group endometrial were visible a small amount of discontinuity, endometrial epithelial damage mild interstitial denser, less inflammatory cells.(2) Comparing to those in the blank group, model group endometrial apoptosis rate was increased significantly (P<0.01); compared with model group, the endometrial apoptosis rate of the three medicinal groups were lower than the test rats in the model group (P<0.01); compared with Xinshenghua Keli group, low-dose group endometrial apoptosis rate was increased significantly(P<0.01), but had no significant difference between Xinshenghua Keli group and high-dose group(P>0.05)。(3) Comparing to those in the blank group,model group Bcl-2expression was decreased significantly(P<0.01),and Bax expression was increased sibnificant!y(.P<T0.01);after drug treatments, compared with model group,the Bcl-2expression of the three medicinal group were higer than the test in the model groupfT3<0.01),and the Bax expression of the three medicinal group were lower than the test rats in the model group(P<0.01);compared with Xinshenghua Keli group,low-dose Bcl-2expression was decreased significantly(P<T0.01),and Bax expression was increased significantly(P<0.01),but had no difference between Xinshenghua Keli group and high-dose group (P>0.05) about Bcl-2expression and Bax expressionConclusionrYiqi Huayu Decoction may be enhance the level of anti-apoptosis protein Bcl-2and decrease the level of apoptosis protein Baxr reduce the incidence of endometrial apoptosis, promote endometrial repair, thus promoting postpartum uterine involution.
