Objective:Objective to explore the clinical effect of Cuisheng Decoction in preventing postpartum lochia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),provide new ideas for TCM treatment of postpartum lochia, provide scientific basis for clinical application of Cuisheng Decoction, and improve the physical and mental health and life of puerperal women.Methods:60 cases of vaginal delivery patients who met the inclusion criteria and were willing to participate in the treatment were collected and divided into experimental group(Cuisheng Decoction)and control group(Shenghua Decoction),30 cases in each group. The experimental group began to take Cuisheng Decoction orally on the second day after delivery, one dose a day for 7 days(one course of treatment). The control group took Xinshenghua tablets orally on the second day after delivery, one dose a day for 7 days(one course of treatment). The curative effect was evaluated after one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the average cleaning time of bloody lochia, postpartum amount of bloody lochia, decrease of uterine fundus, uterine volume,TCM syndrome score, blood routine index, incidence of postpartum lochia and adverse reactions during medication were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacy and safety of Cuisheng Decoction in preventing postpartum lochia were evaluated. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, height, weight, blood routine related indicators, blood lochia volume on the first day after delivery, height of uterine floor drop and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).The duration of postpartum bloody lochia in the experimental group was(8.20±3.12 days)was significantly shorter than that of the control group(10.13±3.25 days),indicating that Cuisheng Decoction can reduce the time of postpartum bloody lochia(P<0.05).The amount of bloody lochia on the 9th day after parturition in the experimental group was(6.47±2.39 ml)was significantly less than the amount of bloody lochia(9.30±4.56ml),which indicated that Cuisheng Decoction could effectively reduce the amount of bloody lochia(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the descending height of the fundus of uterus on the 9th day after delivery was(8.97±2.14 mm/day)was significantly more than that in the control group, and the height of postpartum uterine floor descent was(7.30±1.95mm/day),which indicated that Cuisheng Decoction could promote the recovery of postpartum uterus(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the uterine volume on the 9th day after delivery was(529.73±20.06cm~3)was significantly smaller than that of the control group(542.32cm~3±24.08cm3),which indicated that Cuisheng Decoction could promote the recovery of postpartum uterus(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Blood Routine Indexes between the experimental group and the control group on the 9th day after delivery(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of Cuisheng Decoction on blood routine with Shenghua decoction..On the 9th day after delivery, the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was(2.00±1.39)was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.30±2.41),which indicated that Cuisheng Decoction could effectively relieve postpartum TCM symptoms(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum lochia in the experimental group(20.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(46.7%),indicating that Cuisheng Decoction can better prevent the occurrence of postpartum lochia. Conclusion:It can effectively prevent postpartum lochia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),improve TCM symptoms, shorten the time of bloody lochia, reduce the amount of bloody lochia, promote the involution of uterus, and no adverse reactions. It can be widely used to improve the quality of life of puerperal women.
