Object:TO explore the effects of Herba leonurihas on blood serum density of MG-CSF, IL-6,verage gray value of COX-2,TGF-β1, Calponin1,E-Cadherin of the rats suffering from postpartum endometritis. So to expound the mechanism of Herba leonuri from the aspect of postpartum endometritis.Methods:First, we select forty Postnatal rats and this random sample of rats are divided into two groups for contrast:normal group and model group, And then the postpartum endometritis model of the rats is set by injecting Escherichia coli from Vagina.After this the postpartum endometritis model of the rats are divided into three groups for contrast, i.e.model group, Radix Notoginseng group, Herba leonuri group;Second set up postpartum endometritis model,then treat with medicine;third check blood serum densityof MG-CSF, IL-6,average gray value of COX-2,TGF-β1,Calponin 1,E-Cadherin of the rats,then explore the effect of Herba leonuri from the aspects of postpartum endometritis rats.Results:Firstly, blood serum density of MG-CSF, IL-6 and average gray value of E-Cadherin of the rats suffering from postpartum endometritis have high expression,average gray value of COX-2,TGF-β1,Calponin1 of the rats suffering from postpartum endometritis have low expression,compare with model group the difference is conspicuous(p <0.01);Second,Herba leonuri and Radix Notoginseng can reduce blood serum density of MG-CSF、IL-6 and average gray value of E-Cadherin of postpartum endometritis rats,intensify average gray value of COX-2、TGF-β1、Calponinl,compare with model group the difference is conspicuous(p<0.01);Third the reducing blood serum density of MG-CSF、IL-6 and average gray value of E-Cadherin of postpartum endometritis rats,the intensifying average gray value of COX-2、TGF-β1,Herba leonuri group is equally matched to the group of Radix Notoginseng.the intensifying average gray value of Calponinl, Herba leonuri group is superior to the group of Radix Notoginseng(p< 0.05)Conclusion:Herba leonuri reduce blood serum density of MG-CSF、IL-6 and the expression of COX-2, TGF-β1,Calponinl of postpartum endometritis rats, intensify the expression of E-Cadherin of postpartum endometritis rats,hint that Herba leonuri therapy postpartum endometritis take part in improving the he expression of E-Cadherin and reduce blood serum density of MG-CSF、IL-6 and the expression of COX-2,TGF-β1, Calponinl.
