Effect Of Yiqi Huayu Decoction On Serum E ₂ Level And Expression Of ER Protein In Endometrium Of Postpartum Uterine Complex Rats

Objective:The objective of this thesis is to observe the effects of Yiqihuayu decoction on the level of serum E2and the expression of endometrial ER protein content in rats model of incomplete puerperal involution of uterus after delivery, and to provide scientific basis of traditional Chinese medicine’s effectiveness for incomplete puerperal involution of uterus.Methods:Successful pregnancy and birth of40SPF sprague dawley rats,were randomly divided into5groups, each group of eight:the blank group,the model group,the Xinshenghua group,the Yiqihuayu decoction low dose group,the Yiqihuayu decoction high dose group.All the groups were inoculated the pathogen into utero to establish the rats model of incomplete puerperal involution of uterus,except the blank group.With cold water,Xinshenghua decoction, low dose and high dose Yiqiuayu decoction by gavage in rats,which were successful modelled.Abdominal aortic blooding and sectioning the uterus by caesarean after7days by gavage.Using ELISA and Western-Blotting to detecting the level of serum E2and the expression of endometrial ER protein content in rats model of incomplete puerperal involution of uterus.Results:①Compared with those in the blank group,the decrease of the level of serum E2in the model group had statistical significance (P<0.05);Compared with those in the model group,the level of serum E2in the Xinshenghua group,the Yiqihuayu decoction low and high dose group were higher than the model group,which had statistical significance(P<0.05or P<0.01);Compared with those in the Xinshenghua group,the level of serum E2in the Yiqihuayu decoction low group were lower,which had statistical significance(P<0.01),the level of serum E2were increased in the Yiqihuayu decoction low group and the Xinshenghua group,but it had no statistical significance (P>0.05).②Compared with those in the blank group,the decrease of the expression of endometrial ER protein content in the model group had statistical significance (P<0.05);Compared with those in the model group,the expression of endometrial ER protein content in the Xinshenghua group,the Yiqihuayu decoction low and high dose group were higher than the model group,which had statistical significance(P<0.05or P<0.01);Compared with those in the Xinshenghua group,the expression of endometrial ER protein content in the Yiqihuayu decoction low group were lower,which had statistical significance(P<0.01),the expression of endometrial ER protein content were increased in the Yiqihuayu decoction low group and the Xinshenghua group,but it had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqihuayu decoction can increase the level of serum E2and the expression of endometrial ER protein content in rats model of incomplete puerperal involution of uterus,promoting endometrial repairing.
