Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (cold And Wet Type) With Shuyao Tongbi Decoction

Objective: To investigate the Shu yao Tong bi Tang on lumbar disc herniation "cold" treatment effect and mechanism.Method: To observe January January 2015 to 2016 Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine; the First Affiliated Hospital; fracture of four with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(cold) diagnosis of 100 cases of patients with and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group by Shu lumbar Tongbi Tang, 30 days for a course of treatment. The control group using traditional Chinese medicine Yaotongning capsule oral treatment, 30 days for 1 courses. The TCM symptom grade, JOA score and clinical curative effect observation to improve the situation, evaluated the efficacy before and after treatment.Results: 1, after the treatment of TCM symptoms quantitative score of main symptoms and disease change results show: two groups after treatment of waist and legs cold heavy pain, zhuance adverse, body cool, numb limbs and cold lumbocrural pain heavy onset time were statistically significant(P < 0.05), and the test group was better than control group. 2. After treatment, the symptoms and signs of the JOA total score and single integral(backache, supine position, movement disorders, flexion symptoms) with statistical significance(P < 0.05), and in the experimental group was better than the control group. 3 of the two groups after treatment clinical curative effect evaluation results compared with experimental group the total efficiency of 88%, the total efficiency of the control group 68.00%. showed significant difference(P<0.05), and the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion: 1. The waist Shu Tong Bi Tang and Chinese patent medicines Yaotongning capsule of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(dampness type) have therapeutic effect, but the former is more obvious. 2. Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(dampness type) by "replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, liver and kidney tonic" solid the law and "dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, activating meridians to stop pain" the temporary method in clinic can obtain better curative effect. 3. Shu Yao Tang Bi Tang starting from the liver, spleen and kidney three dirty, on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(cold) from the waist paralysis, with certain clinical value, worthy of further research and promotion.
