Clinical Study Of Qu Han Dehumidification Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold Dampness Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:to study the oral, dispelling the cold and dehumidification decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion (cold-dampness type) clinical efficacy studies, laying the Foundation for further optimization of diagnosis and treatment.Method:November 2013 to November 2014 visits orthopedic clinic in Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in accordance with lumbar intervertebral disc (cold-dampness type) in 60 cases, according to the principle of random, divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases, treatment group oral medicine decoction eradicates cold dehumidification soup, control group:oral low back pain Ning capsule, except provides medication outside, observation during shall not taking other drug, shall not for any acupuncture, and massage, other physiotherapy, observation two group effect and the has no bad reaction.Result:(1) the two groups of patients with no significant difference in gender, age, severity of illness, comparability, through research and analysis based on JOA scoring two group comparison, 30 patients in the treatment group,6 cases, effective 17 cases, effective,5 and 2 cases, cure rate 20%, efficiency 56%. Control group of 30 patients,2 patients were cured, effective 8 cases,18 cases,2 cases, cure rate 6%, efficiency 26%, by statistical analysis P<0.05, the cure rate and efficiency in the treatment group than the control group. (2) according to JOA scores after treatment improve index comparative analysis of 30 patients in the treatment group, good in 5 cases,14 cases of 30 patients in the control group good and 0 cases,7 cases of P<0.05 by statistically significant differences in the treatment group improved index was better than the control group. (3) the two groups of patients treated in the clinical signs, symptoms, daily life and total score p is less than 0.05, statistically significant differences, scores improved in the treatment group than the control group. (4) based on the symptom rating score, two groups of symptoms after treatment and reduction in levels of total points, by statistical analysis of p is less than 0.05, there are significant differences, treating 30 cases, mild in 27 cases, moderate in 3 cases, severe 0 cases.30 patients in the control group, mild,5 cases in 25 cases, severe 0 cases in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction, dispelling the cold and dehumidification decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with exact clinical effects and more significant results...
