Clinical Research Of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction In The Treament Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Cold-dampness Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Added GuiZhi-ShaoYao-ZhiMu Decoction on lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness syndromeMethods:66 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group.In the treatment,there were 3 cases of abscission and exclusion,and 63 cases were studied finally,32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Guizhi shaoyaozhimu Decoction and the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule.The two groups were treated for two consecutive courses,two weeks as a course.Observe the VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before treatment,one course after treatment,two courses after treatment and two months after treatment,and observe the clinical effect of the two groups,using spss22.0 software for statistical analysis and comparison.Result:1.After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%;the effective rate of the control group was 87.1%;there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It shows that the effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction is similar to that of celecoxib in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.2.After one course of treatment,VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups could be improved in different degrees(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in JOA score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05).Compared with the mean value,the VAS score of the control group improved more significantly than that of the treatment group,and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group improved more significantly.3.At the end of the treatment,VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome.4.After 2 months follow-up,there were significant differences in VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups had a certain long-term effect.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),indicating that the long-term pain improvement degree of the two groups was similar;there was significant difference in JOA score and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.From the short-term follow-up analysis,except for the improvement of pain,the long-term effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of the celecoxib group.Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of cold dampness type.It can significantly reduce the VAS score and TCM syndrome score,and improve the JOA score.Compared with celecoxib group,the long-term effect is more advantageous.
