Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Duhuo Jisheng Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (Cold And Wet Type)

Objective: Through the application of duhuo parasitic decoction plus or minus combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,to provide an effective treatment program for the disease,observe the clinical efficacy of duhuo parasitic decoction plus or minus combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,record data,through data calculation and statistical analysis,the overall effective rate of the treatment program,its purpose is to provide a new treatment program for clinical treatment of cold-dampness type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in orthopedics department.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(cold and wet type)from the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were compared before and after treatment according to the paired self-designed control scheme.21 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 1 course of treatment.The standard score table of efficacy evaluation was used for each patient before treatment and after one course of treatment,and the symptom scores before and after treatment were counted,and the corresponding changes before and after treatment were observed.SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used for data analysis.Results: 1.Among the 60 patients,3 cases were cured,24 cases were markedly effective,28 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was91.67%.The effective rate of male patients was 94.28%,and that of female patients was96%.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between different genders.2.The VAS scores of 60 patients after one course of treatment were compared with Z=-6.857 and P=0.00<0.05.The VAS scores were significantly improved before and after treatment.The VAS scores of 60 patients between different genders were compared.The results showed that the changes of VAS scores before and after treatment were not affected by gender.3.In the experiment,the JOA scores of 60 patients after one course of4.treatment were compared with t=17.95,P<0.05,with statistical significance.The patients' lumbar function,pain and daily life were improved significantly before and after treatment.4.In the experiment,60 patients in a course of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation grading quantification score table(full score 18),Z=-6.744,P=0.000 < 0.05 before and after comparison,there is statistical significance,indicating that after a course of treatment,this program for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation to improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect.Conclusion: For patients with cold-dampness type of lumbar disc herniation,good clinical efficacy and therapeutic objectives can be achieved after the application of duhuo jisheng decoction plus or minus acupuncture treatment,and the effect is satisfactory and worthy of further promotion.
