Clinical Observation Of Improved Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Cold And Dampness Type

Objectives:To explore Improved Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation "Cold and Dampness type" cure effect and mechanism.Approach:103 cases were Observed from October 2008 to August 2010 in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Sichuan province with orthopaedic hospital Cold and Dampness type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with diagnosis, They were randomly assigned to two groups, The test team using improved Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang treatment,30 days for a treatment course. The control group using proprietary Chinese medicine Yao Tong Ning capsule oral treatment,30 days for a treatment course. Through JO A rating classification, TCM symptoms and clinical results of observation, the improvement of clinical efficacy evaluation before and after treatment.Results:1, After the treatment of TCM symptoms quantitative score card and times card Lord results show that two groups changes waist after treatment with cold pain in heavy, turning side adverse, body hair is cool, body tingling, and the waist and cold pain heavy effect-acting period and follow-up situation was statistically significant (P <0.05), and more than control group.2, JOA signs and symptoms after treatment total score and single integral (over backache, emancipated, dyskinesia, proneness symptoms) a statistically significant (P< 0.05), and more than control group.3, After treatment, the results of two groups of clinical efficacy evaluation comparison, the total effective control group, the total effective 89.58% to 68.00%. By comparison was statistically significant (P< 0.05),and more than control group.Conclusion:1,Improved Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang and proprietary Chinese medicine Yao Tong Ning capsule treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation "Cold and Dampness type" all have therapeutic effect, but the former better than obvious.2, Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation "Cold and Dampness type" through tonify spleen and qi, tonify liver and kidney"consolidate foundation and "remove wind cold dampness analgesic" take temporary solution method can get better clinical curative effect.3,Improved Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang by the liver, spleen and kidney parasitic soup from muscle of three dirty Bi Lun cure prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc hernistion "Cold and Dampness type", has certain clinical value and deserves further research and extension.
