The Clinical Curative Effects Of Du Huo Gui Zhi Tang In The Treatment Of Lumber Disc Herniation Cold And Dampness Type

Purpose:The main purpose of this study is to analyze our agreement partypubescent angelica and lor anthus decoction and show the contrast between lumbago ning capsule (sp) in treatmen t of lumbar disc herniation clinical curative effect,thus preliminarily discuss the mech anism and pathogenesis of improving the signs and symptoms in patients with lu mbocrural pain for living by clinical application of pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction to provide theoretical basis for treatment of lumbar lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60patients which conformed to the criteria for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation an d belongs to the cold dampness syndrome of were randomly divided into treatment group an d control group,30cases each. The control group oral lumbago ning capsule, decoction treat ment group alone live guizh-i soup,150ml/times,2times/day,and a month is1course of treat ment. Obse-rved two groups of JO A score before and after the treatment, the curativeeffect of trad-itional Chinese medicine and two sets of main symptoms and signs of chang e.Results:Two group of patients with VAS score and TCM symptoms of graded score,JOA score, has the extremely significant difference before and after treat-ment the significa nee (P<0.01). Clinical effica-cy evaluation of tradition-al Chinese medicine in the treatment gr o-up total effective rate was96.3%; The control group total effective rate was88.80%; The tre atment group compa-red with control group has no difference (P>0.05), two groups of pat-ients during treatment no significant side effects and allergic phenomenon.Conclusion:Pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction and lumbago ning capsule treatm-ent of lumbar i ntervertebral disc protrusion patients were effective, but pubescent angelica and loranthu s decoction in the improvement of low back pain, leg pain or and/or numbness, paresthesia, f orward bends, etc is better than that of lumbago ning capsule.Pubescent angelica and lora nthus decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has better clinical curative effe ct and application value, worthy of further research.
