Objective:Evaluation through the acupoints treatment of primary headache efficacy, and provide a reference for clinical acupoints. The trial investigate the pathway of the acupuncture treatment of headache to take effect, the meridian attending role in the effectiveness and specificity of acupoints. Methods:The subject of observation of60cases of headache patients using randomized controiled methods will be divided into two groups:treatment group and control group of30cases. The number of cases observed end off cases, the final standard of59cases. Headache before and after each group of treatment VAS score, number of headache episodes (one week before treatment and1week after treatment the number of attacks up to one day the number of times), headache duration (one week before treatment and1week after treatment the longest time)The onset of headache days (before treatment, one week days and1week after treatment onset of the number of days), headache impact test (HIT), and clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results:1, the treatment group and control group after treatment could significantly reduce headache VAS score, the two groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05).Between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups after treatment difference was significant (P<0.05), headache treatment effect showed that the treatment group than the control group.2, the treatment group and control group after treatment could significantly reduce headache duration (h), the two groups statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups after treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that the treatment group decreased headache duration (h) than the control group.3, treatment and control groups after treatment could significantly reduce the number of migraine attacks, the two groups statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Between the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference after treatment (P>0.05) between the two groups the difference was not statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the therapeutic effect of treatment group, the number of migraine attacks with the control group.4, the treatment group and control group after treatment can significantly reduce the number of headache days, the two groups statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Between the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups after the treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group decreased therapeutic effect of the number of headache days than the control group.5, treatment and control groups after treatment could significantly reduce headache HIT score difference in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Zhiliao before Zujianbijiao no Xian Zhe Xing Chaibie (P>0.05) Zhiliao after Zujianbijiao Juyou Xianzhuo Xing Cibie (P<.05)Biaoming Zhi Liaozu Toutong HIT Pingfen Zhiliaozuoyong Youyuduizhao Zu6, the treatment group was96.7%, markedly effective rate was86.7%, the control group was96%, markedly effective rate was48.3%, the difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group the clinical efficacy of the headache treatment than the control group. Conclusion:This study confirmed that the acupoints along meridians treatment of primary headache is a positive and effective way.
