Discussion Of Specific Regularity Between Acupoints And Organs Based On Different Influence To Stomach, Intestine And Heart By Acupuncture In Acupoints Of Different Meridians

Objective:1 To observe the effect on EGG, electrointestinogram, PEP, LVET, PEP/LVET of health people by acupuncture in acupoints of different meridians and to analyze the specific regularity between acupoints and organs.2 To observe the effect on EGG and electrointestinogram of health people and FD by acupuncture in acupoints of Zusanli, Shangjuxu, Xiajuxu and to analyze the specific regularity between acupoints and organs.Method:1 While acupuncture in acupoints of 12 different meridians to 30 health people, MP150 was used to record EGG, electrointestinogram, ECG, CPG, PCG. To analyze different influence to amplitude and frequency of gastric slow wave and electrointestinogram, PEP, LVET, PEP/LVET. 2 While acupuncture in acupoints of Zusanli, Shangjuxu, Xiajuxu to 30 health people and 15 FD, MP150 was used to record EGG, electrointestinogram, ECG, CPG, PCG. To analyze different influence to amplitude and frequency of gastric slow wave and electrointestinogram.Results:1 To health people, comparing with other 6 acupoints, amplitude of gastric slow wave was depressed by acupuncture in Taichong(P<0.05), and was ascended by Zusanli, Quchi, Waiguan, Yinlingquan, Yanglao (P<0.05). The decreasing order of acupoint ascending effect is Yinlingquan, Yanglao, Zusanli, Waiguan, Quchi. No significant effect showed on frequency of gastric slow wave.2 To health people, comparing with other 8 acupoints, significant difference was showed on amplitude of electrointestinogram after acupuncture Tongli, Yanglingquan, Yinlingquan, Yanglao (P<0.05). The decreasing order of acupoint effect is Yanglao, Yanglingquan, Yinlingquan, Tongli.3 No significant effect showed on PEP, LVET, PEP/LVET of health people after acupuncture in the 12 acupoints. But some effect tendency was showed on them by acupuncture in Yanglao, Taichong, Zusanli, Waiguan, Quchi, Tongli.4 To health people, amplitude of gastric slow wave was ascended by Zusanli (P<0.01). Some tendency was showed that the effect on amplitude by Shangjuxu was stronger than that by xiajuxu. No significant effect showed on amplitude of gastric slow wave, amplitude and frequency of electrointestinogram.5ToFD, symptom was improved obviously. Amplitude and frequency of gastric slow wave was ascended by Zusanli (P<0.05). Some tendency was showed that the ascensus effect on amplitude and frequency by Shangjuxu was stronger than that by Xiajuxu. Some ascensus effect was showed on amplitude of gastric slow wave by Xiajuxu. No significant effect showed on amplitude and frequency of electrointestinogram.Conclusion:1 No damage was done by correct Acupuncture to stomach, intestine and heart of health people.2 Compared with other 6 acupoints, closer correlation showed between stomach and the other 6 acupoints (Quchi, Taichong, Waiguan, Zusanli, Yinlingquan, Yanglao). The result suggested the corresponding relationship between the 6 meridians (large intestine channel of hand yangming, liver channel of foot-jueyin, triple-warmer channel of hand shaoyang, stomach channel of foot-yangming, spleen channel of foot-taiyin, small intestine channel of hand-taiyang) and stomach.3 Compared with other 8 acupoints, closer correlation showed between intestine and the 4 acupoints (Tongli, Yangliquan, Yinlingquan, Yanglao). The result suggested the corresponding relationship between the 4 meridians (heart channel of hand shaoyin, gall bladder channel of foot-shaoyang, spleen channel of foot-taiyin, small intestine channel of hand-taiyang) and intestine.4 Corresponding relationship between Yinlingquan、Yanglao and stomach、intestine, suggested the corresponding relationship between the 2 meridians (spleen channel of foot-taiyin, small intestine channel of hand-taiyang) and 2 organs (stomach and intestine).5 Within the 3 lower He acupoints, effect by Zusanli to stomach was stronger than that of Shangjuxu and Xiajuxu.6 The Specific regularity between Acupoints and Organs was that different meridians control an organ simultaneously and that one meridian control different organs simultaneously.
