Under the fact that the competition between each other is more and more fiercely,schedule management becomes more and more important among enterprise managements,especially in Steel Tower Manufacture Industry because that steel tower can't be batch manufactured.This article takes QZ Convertor Station Project of HM steel tower manufacture company as an example,uses Milestone Method,Gantt Chart,Critical Path Method and Critical Chain Project Management,aiming to find a way,which can optimize project schedule.After comparing all theories,Milestone Method and Gantt Chart are too simple to optimize the schedule of the project,Critical Path Method is not matching steel tower manufacture process,but that Critical Chain based on Theory of Constraints is more suitable for optimize QZ Convertor Station Project's schedule.Then use Root Square Error Method from Critical Chain Project Management based on Theory of Constraints to calculate proper Project Buffering and Feeding Buffering and insert in the Project.Theoretically 15% can be optimized.Apply finally optimized theoretical result to QZ Convertor Station Project actually,actual result is good and worth popularizing.
