The food culture in the northeast region has its unique charm and characteristics.Although the northeastern Chinese cuisine does not enter the Chinese eight cuisines,it has obvious local characteristics in terms of ingredients,cooking techniques,and dietary customs.the northeastern Chinese cuisine is accepted by everyone with home cooking,but the culture and connotation behind this diet have not been well publicized and promoted.Some diet symbols have been misunderstood and even used by malicious people.This article is based on the theme of the spread of the Northeast diet symbol,Explore how to combine the customs of dietary culture in Northeast China to create the overall image of Northeast China and promote the sound development of economy and culture in Northeast China.This article takes the Northeast diet as the starting point to analyze the natural,historical,and human factors of the formation of the Northeast dietary culture and the development of the integration of the times.From both the language symbols and non-language symbols,from the angle of colloquial,online terms,dishes,wine culture and cooking techniques,we study the regional characteristics and folk customs of the Northeast diet culture symbol;secondly,combining the application of food culture symbol in Northeast folk customs to analyze the transmission path of the Northeastern diet culture Symbol from four perspectives: listening to stories,seeing pictures,tasting ingredients,and savoring tastes.And discovering problems that arise in the communication;combining issues from the construction of “text” to the shortening of “text” and“ interpretation” that two aspects to propose communication strategies;finally,it explores the symbolic value of the construction and disseminationof the Northeast dietary culture from the aspects of economy,cultural exchange,and image construction.This article uses communication,semiology and folklore to jointly study the Northeast diet culture,and proposes a communication strategy based on the development of the tourism and catering industries to better shape and disseminate the Northeast diet culture and promote the traditional folk customs of the northeast region,let more people understand more comprehensive Northeast culture.
