Research On Spatial Layout Optimization Of Marine Industry In Yantai Based On Resource Carrying Capacity

Yantai City play an important role of manufacturing base and the port city in Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone construction, the rationality of marine industrial layout is an important factor affecting the economic development of Yantai City. It can optimize the allocation of resources, improve the production efficiency of the industry by reasonable industry layout, which can also promote the economic and social development. However, marine industrial layout in Yantai should to be further optimized, less rational allocation of marine economic factors cannot take full advantage of the economic factors, resource factors, population factors, which obstacle the sustainable development of Yantai limiting by the resources and the environment.Based on the existing theories and research, to use the present situation of environmental resources in Yantai City as the constraint condition of the marine industry layout, and use resources and environment carrying capacity as a measure of marine industrial layout reasonable standard in Yantai, by the view of each county in Yantai city.We proposed countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of impacting Yantai Marine industrial layout of the various districts and counties on its resources environmental.The full text of the study is divided into four parts:Part I: Indicate the background and significance of the selected topic, researching method and arrangement of the content, innovation and difficult points.Part II: Define the related concept of the Carrying Capacity of Resources and Environmental and the Marine industry and other related concepts, as well as mainly theory used in this article.Including the theory of industrial layout, industrial structure evolution theory, regional economy theory and sustainable development theory. The layout and structure optimization of the marine industry is a part of the whole economic structure. Therefore, the industrial layout and structure optimization theory is based on the theory of industrial layout and structure optimization. In addition, this part also carries on the review and the analysis the research both in the domestic and foreign.Part III: This part includes the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The third chapter empirical analysis the Carrying Capacity of Resources and Environmental in various districts of Yantai City, through the establishment of environmental resources comprehensive carrying index system to find restrictions on the development of marine industry in Yantai urban counties,which can guide the layout of the marine industry. The chapter four mainly analyzes the status of Yantai marine industry layout and its influence on environmental resources, puts forward the optimize program of marine industry layout.Part IV: Through the above empirical analysis, we analyze the existing problems in the marine industry layout in Yantai City, and the development strategy corresponding to the Yantai Marine industry layout in the future is put forward in this part, Which including reasonable layout to overcome blindness, avoiding duplication of construction.
