The Development Strategy Research Based On Value Chain Of Underground Pipe Gallery Branch In Metro Group

Metro industry,as the essential means to ease traffic pressure and the way to green travel,it has the public attribute,reflecting the strong sense of being responsible for the social and completing the public mission.In recent years,with the policy of supporting the metro industry continuously being strengthened,there are also a lot of constructions in subway all around the country,and become a new trend of the infrastructure construction.With completing the construction and going into operation,the subway enterprises always afford to being trapped in the quagmire of not self-sufficiency and making ends meet.To solve the problem of the self-sufficiency construction,the subway enterprises shouldn't only make full use of all talents,but also save the capital.It's not rare about the research of the strategy research and practice of the internalization of external benefit,such as ticket revenue,income of utilizing the resources,income of capital operation and so on,but it's the gap how to research and practice the strategic management to reduce costs through the perspective based on the metro enterprises.Similarly,comprehensive pipe gallery industry,playing a role of the carrier of urban underground municipal pipe network,is the "router" for the underground pipelines that completely change the phenomenon of closuring the road,alleviates traffic congestion as the construction of the municipal pipe network supporting engineering.With all the country making the actual test in succession,it gradually completed the osmosis as an emerging industry,and it's in take-off phase.In the face of the resource and capacity being not mature,how to efficiently promote the construction of urban underground pipe and how to promote the pipe gallery industry to develop healthily,is a hot spot of attention by the government and the society.According to the above situation,this paper used the tools named PEST and five models analyzing the internal and external operating environment of TT metro group and clearing about the advantages and weaknesses about resources and capacity,and then puts forward assumptions-comprehensive pipe gallery can deal with the weak about capacity and resources in TT subway group by solving the problem of the subway construction funds and reducing the cost.The second,through the correlation analysis of correlation value chains,make sure whether there was the value chains that associated with each other,how the association strength and whether the association can help enhance the core competitiveness of subway.Furthermore,through the tool named SWOT analyzed development strategy of the TT metro group's underground pipe gallery branch,has been clear about the TT metro group's underground pipe gallery branch and puts forward strategic measures.This paper has done a series of studies: finding a "road of pipe gallery" for TT metro group related diversification development strategy,leading a new idea of the urban underground pipe construction with subway by the same enterprise and at the same time,providing a reference for urban underground space development and construction model,supplying a case for value chain theory with metro group's underground pipe gallery branch,clearing about the metro group integrated branch pipe gallery development direction with value chain analysis tool.
