Research On Application Of Prefabricated Urban Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

Comprehensive pipe gallery is a construction in urban underground for accommodating two and above urban engineering pipeline of buildings and ancillary facilities,which has a complete drainage,lighting,communication,control,functional facilities underground culvert tunnel.Comprehensive pipe gallery has the advantages of the improvement of urban underground space utilization,improvement of natural disaster resisting ability,convenience of the pipeline trench maintenance later,effectively solving the zipper Road,reducing visual pollution in the city,improving city appearance and environmental protection,improve the urban energy supply and to ensure the safe operation of the city.Urban comprehensive pipe gallery is one of the signs of urban construction modernization,science and technology,intensive and efficient,and more and more large and medium-sized cities in the country have begun to try the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery test,planning and construction.The kind of comprehensive pipe gallery is effected by the project scale,the size,geological condition and functions.Comprehensive pipe gallery that put into construction and usage are cast-in-sit and precast.Cast in place is the main structure of the comprehensive pipe gallery,which is widely used.Precast concrete pipe gallery project in China started late.It has the advantages of short construction period,quality structure,raw material consumption,little impact on our environment and life,which meets the requirements of the construction industry and green.It has been used in a number of large projects.But due to the lack of standardization of the production process,the construction and supervision mechanism of prefabricated pipe gallery,so the promotion applications are faced with the problem more.In this paper,the domestic has been completed urban comprehensive pipe gallery project as the background,by detailing our policy support to the city's comprehensive pipe gallery,casting and two precast method applicable scope,advantages and disadvantages,find out the prefabricated urban comprehensive pipe gallery application encountered problems and the corresponding solutions,in order to speed up the development of prefabricated urban comprehensive pipe gallery.
