The comprehensive development of the property along the urban rail transit is conducive to the full excavation of the land value along the rail transit,Promoting real estate and commercial value along the line.The development revenue returns the rail transit operation to compensate the loss.It also can reshape the overall pattern of the city and bring considerable passenger traffic to rail transit.Rail transit and property development are mutually beneficial and mutually reinforcing relationship.Comprehensive development of properties along urban rail transit is conducive to sustainable urban development.This article first summarizes the the theory of property development.These knowledge points are used as the theoretical basis for the analysis of the paper's later part and the development of the Nanchang rail transit property development strategy.secondly Through the case analysis of domestic and foreign property development and internal and external environment analysis.Analyze the opportunities and challenges.This paper focuses on how to fully exploit and utilize the advantage of land resources along the rail transit.To improve and implement the integrated development model of "metro + community".Strengthen the subway community construction.Analyze the bottleneck of self-development and find suitable development mode and cooperation mode.Ensure the sustainable development of rail transit and lead the new pattern and new normal of Nanchang real estate development.Through the research and analysis of successful projects both at home and abroad,it is found that the development of Nanchang rail transit property has practical reference value and reference value.However,because many policy breakthroughs involve the adjustment of relevant government regulations,the planning and construction schedule of each line is different,and so on.The results of this article are not fully applicable or are not available.However,it is believed that the experience and innovation of Nanchang rail transit property development must be promoted and grown in the process of continuous exploration and trial and error.
