Research On Staff Performance Management Optimization Of Enterprise ABC

Based on the in-depth discussion of the researches on performance management system, the author with combination of his own experience, analyze various problems appeared in the human resource management and performance management of the Enterprise ABC. Through analysis of the potential reasons for problems in establishing and improving performance management system, this thesis proposes the designing objective, principles, ideology and process of the management design. With the design process in mind, under the principles of KPI, a system of performance management on the foundation of strategic goal s of the company is established to the effect of implementing the company strategy. Well-targeted and feasible design is set up in facets such as disintegration of strategic objectives, performance planning,constructing of the index system, performance appraisal, interview feedbacks and performance results. During the writing of the thesis, the performance management system of Enterprise ABC is still in its preparing stage, effect analysis and improvement are to be launched based on the implementation details.Through the optimization design of the performance management system of the Enterprise ABC, new path is to be found and scientific management is to be built for the purpose of sustaining the continuous and steady development of the company,getting employees to know themselves and therefore improve their working performance. To those companies with the similar background, such an analysis offers an opportunity for them to communicate and learn for each other. Problems appeared in the Enterprise ABC is not unique but are shared by many companies. Hopes are that discussion of such kind may contribute to the development of the human resource management.
