There is no performance management system, companies can’t guarantee the realization of the overall strategic objectives.Human resource management performance management system is a dynamic system, There are many methods and different theoretical support, enterprise managers to select the appropriate method based on the enterprise’s specific circumstances and goals to establish their own performance management system.This paper analyzes CYTS (Ningxia) mining company performance management problems. With performance management theory it explores the development of performance evaluation for enterprise management system and analyzes how to ensure the effective implementation of performance management. By supporting the steps and measures to ensure the performance of the new system it is expected to play a role in promoting the realization of corporate strategic objectives.This article offers new design ideas and methods of performance evaluation to CYTS (Ningxia) Mining Company and to other Human Resource Management it also has some reference value. |
