Since the beginning of the 21 st century,competition among enterprises has become increasingly intense.It is necessary to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.Talent is one of the most critical factors.Therefore,human resource management has also received more and more attention from companies.As one of the important functions of human resources,performance management is responsible for a series of important tasks such as evaluating employees' performance,motivating employees' enthusiasm,and promoting the achievement of organizational performance.Although the logistics enterprises in China have developed rapidly in recent years,there are also a series of problems such as low level of human resources management and serious brain drain.In terms of performance management,most companies have a series of problems such as insufficient performance management system,unreasonable design of performance indicators,unfair performance appraisal results,and unreasonable use of performance results.Through case studies,literature analysis,field research and other methods,this paper comprehensively uses key performance indicators,balance scorecards and other tools.Taking F company as a typical case,it analyzes the deficiencies and drawbacks of its performance management system during its operation.Based on the analysis of its problems,the F company's performance management system was optimized.This paper focuses on the ideas and methods of performance management improvement in F company.Based on the extensive research,this paper focuses on the whole process of F company's performance management system redesign and implementation through the use of modern performance management theory and tools.The improvement of performance management will benefit the learning and learning of other warehousing and logistics enterprises,and further improve the performance management level of the whole warehousing and logistics industry.
