Profit is one of the important purposes of enterprise existence,is the first condition of to reap rewards to employees,both are closely related with fine degree of business administration.As one of the core of enterprise management,the essence of performance management is to through continuously circulation,achieve organizational and individual performance improved,ultimately achieve the goal of ascension,the performance of a company that is why more and more enterprises to choose the cause of the performance management.Although many domestic enterprises are implementing the performance management system,the problems of one kind or another but mostly,YS company is not exceptional also,in the performance management in the process there are also many problems and confusion.This paper mainly introduces the YS company performance management system optimization design and implement process,introduced the system's design idea and application in the process of all kinds of tools and methods.This article starting from the present situation of YS company,through the questionnaire survey,data statistics and analysis of YS company performance management present situation and existing problems of the detailed research and analysis.The current relatively popular in the performance management system at home and abroad research as the theoretical basis,in view of the problems existing in the current system,the introduction of the balanced scorecard,KPI and 360 comprehensive evaluation,and other advanced performance management tools,finally completed the YS company performance management system optimization design.In YS company and through the implementation of the integrity of the system and the feasibility is verified,YS company's operating performance under the impetus of the new system has made great progress,and finally proves the reasonable a set of perfect performance management system can help enterprise comprehensive performance of ascension,at the same time,can also help employees grow,promote team to improve comprehensive ability,so as to improve enterprise's core competitiveness.
