| Enterprise mid-level managers as core force of enterprise strategic implementation make a very important position and function in the operation and development of enterprise, whose performance is put on very important side for success of enterprise operation. At present, domestic enterprises almost adopt the performance management system, which study more and more performance evaluation of mid-level managements. But indexes and dimension design of performance evaluation are almost aimed at detail responsibility and mission of department which is managed by the mid-level managers. There is not a kind of available and visualized mode to carry on quantitatively evaluating for key collective indexes of the correlative department, which sometimes causes wrangle and handicap between departments, and can not come into high performance cooperative team to impact strategic goal of company. Therefore how to optimize performance evaluation proposal of mid-level managers in manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and efficiently operate and implement is very urgent.This paper takes PI company which belongs to manufacture enterprise of Fast Moving Consumer Goods as example and mid-level managers as investigative object, optimizes and consummates the shortcomings and deficiencies for the existing performance management system of the mid-level managers. Based on existing performance management system of the mid-level managers and KPI arrangement, this paper designed matrix type KPI evaluation table which achieves function departments and KPI indexes which carries company goal into one table. It makes correlative departments considering different weighing value to participate KPI indexes. This can strengthen interdepartmental communication and cooperation, avoid efficiently gray zone of evaluation, reduce waste, lower cost, form collective team culture, and ensure finally enterprise strategic goal.
