In the flow of talent and technology transfer process, during the financial crisis,domestic and international economic situation is not very optimistic, and the difference of the company management at home and abroad, caused the high turnover rate of employees in many companies.In recent years, the annual turnover rate of H company is as high as 25%, which shows the importance of employee performance management. It is found that employee turnover rate is highly correlated with performance management. Therefore,how to improve the performance management system of small and medium-sized enterprises, better management, assessment and retain talents, is the research background and starting point of this topic.Based on the current situation of employee performance management in H home,this paper uses the questionnaire analysis method and the interview method to carry on the thorough investigation to the characteristics of H home staff and the problems faced by employee performance management, and points out the problems existing in the performance management of H home staff, and uses KPI to construct This paper analyzes the operability and applicability of H home for KPI implementation, with a view to improving H home performance management.Professor Drucker, a famous master of management, said that the goal is to work,the goal is to determine the work of everyone.
