Quality Management Study Of Telecommunication Design Project Of CZ Bar Rolling Engineering In SG Designing Institute

In recent years,Chinese large and medium-sized designing institutes of metallurgy industry have adopted many effective measures and approaches to enhance competence of enterprises.How to implement modern thoughts of project quality management in production of designed products,improve efficiency of designing,strengthen quality control of designing,avert designing risks and build competent design teams have always been subjects of papers in study and exploration of design management departments and their staff.Design quality management work is a systematic project with common nature and specific features.How to implement differentiated design quality management in the framework of common nature according to the characteristics of different major and special projects is an issue worth our study and discussion.SG Designing Institute is representative among the designing institutes of this industry.It has a complete set of institute structure and design expertise.In this paper,first is analysis and study of current quality management conditions of telecommunication in SG Designing Institute.Then we find where design quality problems come from,analyze the whole process of design quality management through the three aspects of design quality plan,quality guarantee and quality control through the design project quality management of telecommunication design of CZ bar rolling project.Design quality management plan of telecommunication can be improved.In the study of quality management in CZ bar rolling project of telecommunication design in this paper,we enriched and improved the quality management plan of the telecommunication design project of SG Designing Institute;we put forward the idea that whole-process control,PDCA circulation of quality management are also the core of design quality management.Whether it can be effectively implemented shall be significant to design quality,while talents are also an important factor in design quality management;using modern project management idea,the theory and methods of project quality management,we analyzed where the study of telecommunication design project management should head towards in the future.This paper is a study on the practical background of specific design projects of telecommunication in designing institutes of the metallurgy industry,which shows the background and characteristics of quality management of design projects.The quality management plan of telecommunication design in bar rolling projects in this paper shall be helpful to the idea and experience of quality management work in telecommunication design projects of steel rolling in metallurgy industry.It can be a reference for designing units of relevant industries in quality management process of telecommunication design projects to improve management and design quality.
