| Since reforming and opening to world, the engineering design of our country has been developed over 20 years, but it cannot satisfy the need of economic construction and building saving-society. The service level and quality of design cannot adapt to new demands of market economical system. Since the low international competitiveness of design enterprises, the foundation function of changing economic increasing mode has been fully exerted by design work. In the light of scientific development and building harmonious society, the quality demands of design will be continually advanced with constructing scope at present and aftertime. At same time, our design market will be ulteriorly developed and faced with more furious international competition with end of transition period of entering to WTO. Facing with opportunity and challenge, and gaining surviving and developing opportunity, it is inevitable choice of engineering consulting enterprises to boost up service consciousness, advance service level and quality of design, build up quality guarantee system based on customers as the center, and strengthen quality management.The dissertation narrates characteristic and forming process of engineering item consulting and design quality, and expatiates principia of engineering design quality management. By means of process method mode of IS09000 quality management standards, the realizing process of engineering design product are identified, the quality control of pivotal process is analyzed and studied, and process control mode and control procedure of pivotal process quality are advanced. In this dissertation, the importance of engineering design fruit appraisement are analyzed, the index system of quality evaluation is established aimed at feasibility research report of industry item, comprehensive assessment model of quality for feasibility research report of industry item is built up with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory based upon engineering item practice. |
