Study On Improvement Measures Of JD Company About Engineering Design Quality Management

The predecessor of JD Company was a subsidiary design institute of a petrochemical production enterprise.After several reorganizations,it is now a regional branch of an engineering company featuring petrochemical design.The research on engineering design quality management is of great significance to the survival and development of JD Company,since there is no longer a stable design market despite drought or flood,since the quality of engineering design has a decisive influence on the overall investment effect of the engineering project,and since the design quality problem in the petrochemical industry is very likely to lead to serious safety and environmental accidents.Firstly,this paper summarizes the quality problems in the design of JD Company through data collection.The problems mainly include design omission,design collision between majors,low level of design technology,wrong graphic details,and so on.Then,through questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper analyzes the reasons of these quality problems.They mainly include: weak quality awareness,severe brain drain,defective quality management system,and so on.Regarding these reasons,this paper adopts the method of literature analysis and puts forward corresponding solutions hoping to improve JD Company's quality management,referring to relevant experience of similar enterprises and combining with the actual situation of JD Company.These suggestions mainly include: strengthening the cultivation of responsibility awareness through quality problem cases,enhancing the company's overall incentive mechanism,improving staff's expectations for the development of the company,ameliorating the use of the rules for the design checking,improving the ways of quality inspection,etc.
