With the development of economic globalization and integration,the production and operation activities of various countries have become more and more internationalized in the word.Multinational companies are also growing under such a wave of rapid development.Considering cost and market,German companies have been invested in China and more and more factories have been set up,which become a typical representative of foreign enterprises in China.However,German multinational companies operating in China are facing different environments,such as geographical environment,cultural environment and different trend of competition.How to effectively improve and improve the organization's performance in the fierce competition,and play an important role in cross-cultural human resource management,especially the role of cross-cultural performance management is the focus of this paper.This article is divided into five parts:The part 1:In this part,I discussed the research background and significance,then discussed the research ideas and methods.The second part:Based on the cultural differences in China and Germany funded enterprises human resource management related literature review.This part first defines the relevant concepts involved in this paper.On the basis of the above,this paper discusses the current situation of the research on the performance management of cross cultural human resources at home and abroad.At the same time,the theoretical basis of this paper is analyzed.The third part:the status quo of foreign-funded enterprises in China and Germany cross culture human resource management.This part elaborates on the development and the present situation of German-funded enterprises,including the development of Sino German trade,foreign-funded enterprises in China and the geographical distribution and industry distribution,the new trend of investment,German culture and its enterprise culture,which explains the German culture and German culture background and cultural characteristics of German companies,and the German enterprise with the model and the staffs requirements are described.On the basis of the current situation of performance management in human resources German-funded enterprises are described.The fourth part:the empirical study of the effect of culture differences in human resources performance management in German-funded enterprise.The fifth part:the suggestions to improve the human resources performance management in the German-funded enterprise.From three aspects,to improve the human resource management of German-funded enterprises in China under cross culture background,and put forward to some countermeasures and suggestions.Based on reading papers,combining the method and theory of performance management,according to the basic theory of performance management,this paper analysis the current situation of worldwide firms on performance management,and the status and problems of performance management of German-funded enterprises.According to the empirical analysis conclusion the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of human resources in the performance management of German-funded enterprises.I hope it can provide a theoretical basis for the performance management of human resource in the German-funded enterprises,proposing countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of similar enterprises in the future.
