Nowadays,working pressure has become a significant issue that the employees need to face in their daily life.And it may bring bad infections to the employee,company as well as the society.many survey shows that in our country,the stress of work has become bigger and bigger to the worker especially to the knowledge worker who have shoulder the overloaded working pressure.from another perspective,the pressure of work have a close relationship to the staff's physical health,mental health and job performance,The above analysis shows that the human resources management should pay attention to the knowledge staff's work pressure problem.Based on the analysis of enterprise knowledge staff work pressure and its structure,this essay point the links between working pressure and working performance of the staff.Previous studies have shown that many variables balanced the relationship between job stress and job performance,so in this paper,the self-efficacy as regulating variable,we make a study of the knowledge staff's work pressure,job performance,the relationship.It's to say the pressure source as independent variables,self-efficacy as a modifiable.Job performance as the dependent variable,thus to build the theoretical model of relationship between the three variables,to analysis the mechanism of action of knowledge staff work stress and job performance.In full on the basis of literature review,this article through the questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,the relationship between job stress and performance are analyzed,and the influence of self-efficacy in the working pressure of performance plays the role of,finally puts forward Suggestions to enterprise human resources management.This article main research content is as follows.The first chapter is introduction.Including the selected topic background;Topics of theoretical and practical significance;the research content and method;In this paper,the possible innovation points.The second chapter is the related theory and literature review.Including the concept and characteristics of knowledge workers;about work pressure,self-efficacy and job performance of domestic and foreign literature review;Work stress,the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance review.The third chapter is the relevant concept definition and theoretical model building.Including the knowledge staff,working pressure,self-efficacy,definition of job performance;Stress status of the knowledge-type employees;Assuming that the theoretical model of building.The fourth chapter is scaling and data analysis.Including research design framework;Basic hypothesis;To the work pressure,self-efficacy and job performance scale preparation;The basic condition of the survey sample;The work stress,self-efficacy and job performance scale descriptive statistics;Of work pressure,self-efficacy,job performance scale reliability validity analysis;Work pressure,self-efficacy,job performance of correlation and regression analysis.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.This chapter includes the research hypothesis test results and Suggestions for human resource management.The sixth chapter is insufficient and prospect.
