With the development of knowledge economy,the importance of talent in the enterprise competition become more and more prominent.In recent years,the worsening of the external economic environment, the disappearing of demographic dividend gradually,the increasing of enterprise competition year by year,the fundamental reason was the competition of talents among enterprises. Therefore,the enterprise begin to focus on their own, internally increasing investment in human resources training and development gradually,in order to obtaining high performance skill, talents,and improving enterprise competitive advantage. XJ company, as the representative of GangPai decoration enterprise,at the same time of rapid development also faces many problems,such as enterprise developing too fast,slowing the pace of growth, and lagging training employees relative and so on.Company management already aware of the necessity of improving enterprise management, especially to make innovation from the aspect of enterprise human resources, among which training is listed as priority. At the same time to strengthen the staff training, the enterprise is planning to build their own training management system step by step.XJ company as the research subject in this thesis and using of questionnaires,interviews, literature retrieval research methods, in-depth analysis of the company's human resources status and training status quo. It concludes that the training system of XJ Company is not fit with the enterprise strategy, the training demand is not clear,the form of training is relatively simple, the evaluation of training effectiveness is not effective and the training result is difficult to be transformed. Main research includes: The first reason is lack of communication in company strategic,the second is that it is blind in training and be anxious for success, the third is that curing training mode lacks innovation, the fourth training evaluation fails to pay attention and lack of good transformation environment.On the basis of the analysis and research, this thesishas put forward theoptimization scheme of staff training system for XJ Company, especially from these six aspects of training management system, curriculum system, implementation system, teaching staff, culture construction and resource system. It is linked training input, design, implementation, testing and other processes into a coherent whole. On the other hand it is also combine the culture, the system, the organization, the effect guarantees,the risk prevention many aspects with the optimized training system implementation to establish a system between the training and the enterprise development and the human resources training management system. The research conclusions in this thesis has exert a positive influence and ultimately make employee training system to adapt to the development of enterprise. Most important is that it is the way that it can discover its own training system and management.This article also has certain reference and the reference value to the decoration profession training work.
