In the new century,China's rapid economic development,the number of enterprises increased rapidly,market competition is increasingly fierce,in order to enhance their competitiveness and gain competitive advantage,enterprises continue to explore the direction and core competition,core competition will gradually from the traditional capital,technology and other resources have been transformed into the competition between the human resources.In the form of economy gradually transformed into the moment of globalization,enterprises are facing obstacles and challenges more diversified,want to occupy a space for one person in such a fierce market competition,enterprises have to face difficulties,but also must maintain the ability of continuous learning,constantly learning new technology and new management methods etc..The learning ability of the enterprise depends on the learning ability of the employees,only the employees of the enterprise can get a good learning and training,and obtain the ability of continuous learning.The fastest way to enhance the ability of employees to learn is to carry out professional training for employees.According to a survey of British study shows that no professional training for employees of the enterprise,it is difficult to timely respond to changes in the market,in the market under harsh environmental conditions,not only to the development,is likely to not be able to survive.Because of the difficulties of the market environment,so the enterprise must integrate its resources and capabilities,by changing the mode of development,so as to cope with the market changes in a timely manner,but if the enterprise does not have to carry out staff training and development planning,then it is difficult to make timely adjustments.Andrew Lambert is a British director of enterprise research forum,he proposed: especially in times of economic hardship,if enterprises want to survive,so we must cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to carry out professional training for staff.Nowadays,more and more enterprises pay attention to the training of staff,and have achieved a lot of results.The enterprise in order to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance the competitive ability,it is necessary to strengthen the professional training of employees,and through professional training,can also be the future development of the enterprise planning and staff development closely,greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,to improve staff loyalty to the enterprise,finally to improve the overall strength of enterprises.And is currently in a period of rapid development of Chinese QY Unicom branch,have realized that human resources is the key to the enterprise,and has begun to focus on the development and training of human resources,therefore,the establishment of a suitable China Unicom QY is very necessary into the development needs of the company's employee training system.At this stage,for the human resources,the major enterprises need to think about is how to build a scientific and effective training system.Based on this problem,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the QY branch of China Unicom,and explores and builds the effectivestaff training system.The author first detailed sorting the training related theory and research results with employees,describes the current situation of China Unicom QY China branch staff training,using a variety of ways to get the data of the survey,such as interviews,internal investigation,after in-depth analysis,the author finds out that the company appeared in staff training problems,and analyze the causes of the problem.Then,according to the relevant theoretical research and development strategy as the basis,combined with the company's focus on staff training problems,carried out detailed analysis of each part of the staff training system of optimized design,and established a set of suitable for the company's training system.In addition,the author also combined with China Unicom QY branch of the current opportunity to optimize the design of employee training system for the company to put forward some specific measures to implement security.In this paper,the optimal design for the China QY Unicom branch staff training system for the company to establish a set of both systematic and scientific and practical system of staff training,and cultivate more excellent talents for management,technology,marketing company,and constantly improve the comprehensive competitive strength of the company.At the same time,the quality of the staff's comprehensive ability,attitude and so have a very significant role in promoting.In the optimization design of the training system needs to be improved,can timely and accurately understand the employee needs and the actual work of the professional quality and skills through training needs survey,which has targeted training,can receive more efficient training effect.Secondly,the construction of corporate culture also has a positive role in promoting.By focusing on the career development of staff planning,to give employees a better incentive and more clear goals,and ultimately help to enhance the sense of belonging to the enterprise collective.Through the research of this paper can also provide a general method for the analysis and redesign of enterprise human resources training system for other domestic enterprises.The Unicom QY to Chinese branch as samples,using the method of questionnaire and interview,the company conducted a thorough and meticulous investigation,statistical analysis was carried out through the summary of the results of a questionnaire survey and interview results,the specific circumstances of staff training and implementation combined with the company's current,found a lot of problems,and the analysis of the problem the causes,subsequently,according to the actual situation and puts forward some concrete measures to optimize the training system,constructed for the company's training system,training content,training process and training the implementation of protection,in order to help the company better completion of staff training,staff training will be truly implemented,really help employees to improve business the skills and qualities,and get better occupation career development,but also make greater contribution to the company,the same Together with the development of the company to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.The first chapter introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the thesis and the research situation of this field at home and abroad,based on the researchbackground of the paper,the starting point of this paper leads to the summary of the research situation at home and abroad,the author illustrates how in a large environment,drawing on completion of basic research and on the previous theory in this paper,the last part of this chapter introduces the research ideas,the research methods used in the thesis,summed up the research framework of the paper;the second chapter introduces the human resource management and staff training and relevant theoretical knowledge,applied to analyzing the corresponding research;the third chapter of Chinese Unicom QY the status of staff training,introduction,elaborated the enterprise development and staff training status;the fourth chapter is the China Unicom QY branch current Diagnosis and analysis of problems of staff training,through questionnaires and interviews,in-depth investigation and analysis of the company's current staff training problems,and the existence of the existing training problems are analyzed;the fifth chapter is the optimization design of China QY Unicom branch staff training system,this chapter introduces the employee of the company the training system optimization design of the specific content,including the framework of training system,discusses the details of each training organization system,process system,curriculum system and the implementation of the security system and other
