Research On The Efficiency Of Food Safety Production In Yueyang

Yueyang of hunan province is an important food production areas of central China market,products are exported to all over the country,because of the characteristics of the product itself,its safety risk regulatory situation is very serious.In the state shall pay attention to food safety,promote the reform of food and drug regulatory system,against the background of yueyang to improve the efficiency of food production safety supervision,according to the general requirements of the state to the institutional reform,further straighten out the function of food quality supervision department and ownership.Yueyang city food safety production for objective evaluation the effect of the system reform and regulation efficiency,this article choose yueyang seven counties nearly three years in the field of food safety production supervision data input and output indicators,using DEA-Tobit model of government regulation efficiency and the influence factors for empirical research.The study found that seven counties,yueyang county,Mimi's efficiency is relatively high,yueyang city,pingjiang xian,supervision is relatively low;At the same time,regional economic development,the degree of enterprise informatization,supervisory personnel quality,regulatory system,the structure of the input factors have obvious effects on the regulatory efficiency.Aimed at the factors that influence efficiency of supervision,based on the advantages of industrial enterprises classified regulatory model,on the basis of trying to how to accelerate the reform of food safety regulators,improve supervision mode,perfecting the supervision system,to establish big data platform,to strengthen the construction of supervision team are proposed.
