With China's IT service industry into a mature period, IT service market showing a trend of rapid growth in the overall, M companies in China's business also will grow exponentially. M China's marketing department as the first contact with customers, analysis and explore the potential needs of customers, but also need to improve work efficiency in the competitive market environment, to capture business opportunities.Difference in the marketing department of Companies in general, M company marketing staff in China has a strict approval process and other management processes and market value reflected in the capture of customers and business opportunities, but internal processes is marketing department must be completed with high quality responsibilities. Under the premise of the surge in the volume of business, the M company China Department of market of region of existing work processes can only be forced to deal with internal approval process work, which is used to dig and cultivate the core competence of customer can not display, leading to market, and the M company business in China cannot smoothly.In view of the M company China Department of market of region of response speed is slow, project cycle is long, and the work efficiency is low, using field research method, complete collected daily operating data of the organization, combined with the related theory of process management and process improvement, analyzes the marketing department in the internal business processes, the introduction of team work package, will be a part of such examination and approval process, segment of inputting system repeatability and consistency is higher, on the business module of re carding and integration, and improve the existing business processes. The operational flow chart is obtained after the improvement of the process. At the same time, in the process of process improvement, the solution to the obstacles caused by design deviation and other human factors is put forward. To solve the M company marketing staff in China for a long time can only complete approval process and other basic work, can not play analysis of the shortcomings of the planning of core competence and improve the operation efficiency of the system, staff efficiency, market to be more agile adapt to changes in the external environment, and enhance the financial indicators, to reduce the cost of cost reduction. The research of this paper provides a solution to the business process improvement of other departments in M company, and it also can be used as reference for other large Multi-National Corporation in China.
