Under the background of economic globalization,the market competition is mainly the competition of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise,it is the competition of the science and technology and the talented person.In recent years,human resource has become the core strength and the key factor to win the competition.Especially in the case of knowledge of geometric speed growth,there are plans to systematically train enterprise employees,has become the first choice of enterprise human resources and the main way to preserve the value.Enterprises through effective training programs,effectively enhance the level of human resources in enterprises and the ability to grasp the skills required for the development and innovation of the enterprise.The realization of the goal of enterprise development are inseparable,and enterprise in the field of industry competition ability,improve the competitiveness of the key lies in the development and innovation of enterprises,the implementation of all these rely on the improvement of human resources development.In this paper,the theory of human resources management system for XF company staff training to do a systematic study.First,under the premise of basic factors in-depth investigation XF company employee training status and XF teacher training status,and summarizes the main problems existing in the corporate staff training,and this was the in-depth analysis.Secondly,to the overall situation of the XF company employee training as the basis,combined with the company's future development strategy,using PEST(macro environment)analysis,industry environment analysis,SWOT matrix analysis method,micro environment and employee training and management status of do the in-depth analysis,a needle to and construction design company employee training scheme.Again,under the guidance of the overall plan,clear training programs,the basic design principles and design ideas and other pilot issues,the design of specific training programs and implementation plan.It mainly includes the start of training,the training of trainers,the training tools and the selection of training environment,monitoring the training process and evaluation of the training effect,so as to construct a more perfect and systematic training system.In order to ensure the smooth development of staff training programs,but also to develop specific and feasible safeguards.In this paper,based in XF company employee training situation,fully absorbing and referring to the domestic and foreign,outside the industry outstanding theoretical and empirical basis,through constant summing up and practice,the general plan of company staff training,the establishment of a more perfect,scientific and effective enterprise training program.Not only can effectively improve the value of human resources and development potential of the enterprise,but also in the enterprise and employees to promote and encourage each other,and jointly promote the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.
