With the advent of knowledge economy, talent has become the foundation of enterprise,the competition between enterprises, mainly lies in the competition of human resource, how the rational use of talent resources, talent will become the enterprise core competition,become the key to the development of enterprises. Training is a win-win benefits to enterprise,has a staff of investment, but also can satisfy the employee self ability. so as to improve the core competition of the enterprises, strengthen the quality of staff and management ability,this factor will be conducive to promote the development of enterprises.Based on the present situation of the insurance company A training system as the object,through the collection, find out the existing problems, the training process including: training mechanism is not perfect; the training division is not clear; security work is not in place; the need to further strengthen the training management system implementation; training system is not reasonable etc..The outstanding domestic and foreign enterprises training learning experience, combined with the method of literature research and related theory, training theory and practice research,build the process, content and system of the new training system, and the corresponding training support system and the implementation steps to ensure its implementation. Combined with the company's actual situation carries on the analysis to the training demand,the implementation of security and other specific aspects of training are analyzed.By improving the training mechanism, the key problems in the current A insurance company training, aims to build effective training system, vigorously develop the company's development strategy in line with demand, high quality talent team, to achieve a win-win for business and personal development effect.
