Abstract/Summary:
With the gradual deepening of China’s reform, engineering exploration and design enterprise in our country engineering are also increasingly fierce competition, on the one hand is due to the rise of small and micro businesses, resulting in more and more enterprises of the industry; on the other hand, since the China ?s joining WTO, the engineering exploration and design enterprises are facing not only the local outside the enterprise but also the internatio nal business. In the competitive environment, how to make reasonable adjustments and to enhance their overall marketing strategy is the key to win the market competition for the small and medium enterprises.With respect to the characteristics of the engineering survey and design industry and small and micro enterprises where Hunan Huida company is, the paper established a training system which is adapt to the actual situation of Hunan Huida company. Firstly, this paper carried out the survey of the Hunan Huida company?s staff training. At the beginning, the paper analysed the problems and its countermeasures of current small and micro enterprises? staff training and it pointed out the problems of personnel issues. And through the final analysis both in the macro level(3W1H) and the micro-level(5W1H), the paper summarized the main problems existing in the current training and recommended establish ing a sound staff training system as a key response. Secondly, the paper designed company?s staff training system. On the one hand, on the basis of system training model, the paper developed a closed-loop scheme which consists of requirements analysis, building the training plan, implement training scheme and the training result evaluation. And meanwhile, job quality assessment as the main line, link ed the above four processes together. And at last, take the update of job quality structure and the recent job quality evaluation results as the input of the next iteration?s training needs analysis. Thirdly, the paper analyzes how to safeguard the implementation of staff training system. At first, it pointed out that there would encounter various obstacles in the process of implementing the training system. Then the paper recommended taking measures to overcome these obstacles and make sure of the smooth implementation of the training system, through the ideological guarantee, the organization and system guarantee and the resources guarantee.The training system set up in this dissertation is helpful to solve the problems of company’s current training, strengthen the construction of talent team, and enlighten the management of the enterprise? training work. Besides, its design process provide important significance for the staff training system design of small and micro enterprise and engineering survey and design enterprise.
