With the advent of the era of knowledge economy era, the competition among modern enterprises has gradually turned into tal ents and knowledge. Hunan Post Company focuses on quality improvement, constantly innovating training mechanism, improving the effectiveness of the training work, and focusing on the introduction, cultivation and use of badly-needed talents for technology development, data application and culture creativity and Inte rnet. At the same time, by establishing the learning post, enhancing the core competitiveness of post, improving the overall quality and working ability of the staff, the comprehensive development of workforce is promoted to provide the support of talent a nd intelligence to realize the construction of modern Hunan Post. Hunan Post Company gradually builds the classified and hierarchical training system for staff at all levels, formulates the training plan for business leaders and staff for different levels and needs to build the long-term mechanism for training, which ensures that the annual training rate of staff reaches 100%.This paper firstly introduces the overview of Hunan Post Company and determines future priorities and direction for training. That is to carry out the training for different posts at different levels, concentrate on the training for the branch manager and district director in county, and improve the quality and ability of staff via the construction of the regular mechanism for educati on and training. By surveying and analyzing the training situation for staff, vocational skills, academic education, formal education and pers onal cultivation in Hunan Post Company, the existing problems are found to get the research conclusion to propose the improvement measures of training system in Hunan Post Company. Secondly, according to the current situation of Hunan Post Company, the basic principles and ideas of design and analysis of structure hierarchy for training system are analyzed and discussed to ensure the implementation of training plan, and gradually built the demand-driven update mechanism for training content. Finally, Improvements of staff training system is proposed from the five aspects including the role of internal trainers, and active construction for training and incentive mechanism, organic combination between the training and staff career, integrity for remote training resource library for post and improvement for countermeasures of training evaluation system.This paper aims to provide guidance and support on the management o f staff training in Hunan Post Company by discussing the study for training system, which provides guidance basis to the future talent strategy of Hunan Post Company. The study of this paper is based on the basic situation of Hunan Post Company, but it also has a high reference value for the construction of othe r state-owned enterprises staff training system, considering that exist some common problems of state-owned enterprises training.
