| At present,most of the state-owned survey and design enterprises in China are born out of institutions,and they do not pay much attention to the staff training and development.Moreover,the existing training is fragmented in terms of content and form.It is urgent to construct the staff training and development system,in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition.This topic conducts in-depth research and analysis on the construction of the staff training system of the state-owned Survey and Design Company A.In the course of research,this paper systematically studies the internal and external environment,the status quo of human resources and staff training faced by the Company A.After analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in the training work: the training orientation of Company A is not clear and there is a lack of long-term planning;the company’s training system is not perfect,only one training basic cost management system;the construction of teachers is not perfect,and the overall teacher strength is low;the level of classification training is not refined enough,and the training curriculum design is flawed;there is a lack of effective evaluation criteria for training.The reasons for the above problems are mainly: the senior leadership of the company is not aware of the importance of staff training work;due to historical factors,there are generally old-fashioned ideas in the company.In view of the problems existing in the training work of Company A,this paper comprehensively uses the Quality Management System and the Balanced Score Card to optimize the training system of Company A and divide it into the planning stage,the implementation stage and the evaluation stage and from the organization,culture,system and resources to ensure the construction of a company training system.Furthermore,this research has a positive effect on promoting the construction of the staff training system of the Company A,and meanwhile,it serves as a reference for the staff training of survey and design enterprises facing similar problems. |
