The new concept of small and micro businesses was proposed in the "PRCEnterprise Income Tax Law " promulgated in2008.Professor Lang, a well-knowneconomist, clearly definite the small and micro enterprises, which contains small andmedium enterprises, micro-enterprises, family workshops enterprises, individualindustrial and commercial households. In our country enterprise human resourcesmanagement system,small and micro businesses staff training application research onrelative shortage, So small and micro businesses staff training research receivedextensive attention of social. Jump company is a network security products provider for aresearch and development, sales, pre-sales, after-sales, As a member of small and microbusinesses, so Jump company staff training problem research has a certain significance.In this paper, carding theory based on the analysis and investigation, Mainlyadopts literature research, survey method and case analysis to systemic research of Jumpcompany staff training.The basic idea of this writing is:Firstly,on the basis of a large number of literatureresearch, this paper discusses the related theories of staff training and correctlyunderstand the problem, Secondly, find the different characteristics of Jump companyemployees, dig its training problems based on a large amount of statistical data andinvestigation,Thirdly, it proposes a practical and reasonable way to Jump company stafftraining problem.The main contents of four parts:The first part mainly elaborates on the background of this selected topic, theresearch goals and its significance, and provides a commentary on the research practicesof staff training, both at home and abroad. Furthermore, it explains the writer’s thoughts, research methods, and possible innovation points. The second part elaborates on theimportant of staff training problem of small and micro businesses.as content formulaic,leadership not value, etc, Through survey analysis Jump company staff training to Jumpcompany staff training problem and the analysis based on the results of the survey, astraining requirements not enough, training is not linked to performance appraisal, etc.The third part puts forward some reasonable suggestions on Jump company staff trainingproblem, as changing the concept of training, the training as the top priority of thecompany, establish efficient training system and training system, etc. Finally part putsforward specific training implementation, as choice of training teachers, kinds of trainingsetting, establish of training plan, control of training implementation, evaluation oftraining effect. The four part puts forward the important of staff training throughsummarizing and the author puts forward prospect the Jump company staff training.
