Since reform and opening,China's economy develop rapidly,has become the world's second-largest economy,economy after the United States,influential country,the top of the rise of the Chinese nation in the world.National policy encourage the entrepreneurs of our country,peoples innovation,small micro enterprise,become to promote China's economic development,promote social stability and construct market economy main body important force,in the economic recovery,optimizing the economic structure,scientific and technological innovation,alleviate employment pressure,etc,play an increasingly important role.How the security is particularly important to the survival and sustainable development of small micro enterprises,is China's economy must continue to pay attention to and research topic.Talent is the root of enterprise survival and development.For small micro enterprise,talent is particularly important.All the innovation,research and development,achievements are made in the enterprise to create,the human resources for innovation,science and technology research and development,as a valuable economic resources,to form a variety of innovative research,design,innovation and management,forms the enterprise unique knowledge assets.The knowledge assets of these enterprises will than traditional enterprise raw materials,equipment,factories and other tangible assets are more valuable,for enterprise to bring the huge economic wealth and benefit value.As a result,small micro enterprise personnel training and innovation is particularly important.We must in the cultivation of the talent,knowledge,training,guidance and management innovation and so on to make unremitting efforts,overcome current small micro enterprises face various difficulties,create value for the rapid development of enterprises and sustainable development.Shenzhen is China's first special economic zone of China's reform and opening up,is the economic center city in southern China,is also the financial center,trade center,science and technology innovation center and shipping center,with Beijing,Shanghai,guangzhou and major cities.In shenzhen,more than 90%of the registered enterprises to private enterprises,most of these private enterprises belong to the small micro enterprise,so the sustainable development of the future of shenzhen will is closely connected with small micro enterprises to grow and grow.According to the investigation and study,the vast majority of small micro enterprises in shenzhen city was not systematically in order to develop the enterprise training work,or didn't pay attention to the enterprise training work,or don't know how to effectively carry out enterprise training,leading to talent turnover remains high,industry and dissemination of knowledge is difficult to in-depth mining,enterprise operation and management experience and its hard.Above all,how to help small businesses thrive is particularly urgent and important,this research report is under the background of the germination,and writing.This paper,taking shenzhen small micro enterprise staff training mode research as the subject,using the shenzhen small and micro enterprises as samples,through a variety of ways to investigate small micro enterprise training situation,summed up and refined small micro enterprises in carrying out the problems in the process of training,in-depth analysis of its causes,and the domestic and foreign advanced training theory combined with the author's practical work experience,small micro enterprise training management improvement Suggestions were put forward.In this article,through the survey found,shenzhen small micro enterprise's main problem is the insufficient understanding of training,lack of related training theory,the different roles within the organization position is not clear,not enough training needs analysis,single repeat training methods,training evaluation is not perfect,eventually influenced the training effect,also lead to enterprise staff and management of training attitude of indifference,feel training dispensable.The fundamental cause of this phenomenon is that most small micro enterprise is facing huge pressure to the survival and development,human,financial resources are limited,often out of training resources,training hard to attract talents,eventually lead to training management does not reach the designated position.Therefore,the author thinks that the shenzhen small micro enterprises an effective training model,should be based on a core problem,namely how to save cost,do not waste resources on the basis of an effective training.So,shenzhen small micro enterprise should build effective mode of training,must start from three dimensions,namely,learning culture,organizational structure and management process,and then puts forward concrete countermeasures and effective reform measures.This article key point is the small micro enterprises in shenzhen city,a thorough investigation into the small micro enterprises in shenzhen city of training status quo and existing problems,and the theoretical basis of this study is to explore the current domestic and foreign latest business management training and learning theory,combined with my practical experience,to be integrated into the scientific and technological innovation,technology and innovation thinking,will further enrich the theory of enterprise training management and improvement of formation can be reference for shenzhen small micro enterprise training management theory system,for small micro enterprises in shenzhen city staff training model of continuously explore to make positive contribution.
