Aiming at the above problems, has put forward the improvement countermeasure, that is, designed a suit of employee training system which based on the post and meet C ship inspection company employees’ training needs, mainly include new staff induction training system, administrative and personnel staff training system, financial staff training system and technical staff training system. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the system, has formulated the safeguard measures, such as set up a training team, organize internal trainer team, build training database, promote the communication of training effect, set up training incentive mechanism, draw up staff training management system and so on.The employee training situation of C ship inspection enterprise is certain representative in the staff training work of China’s small and medium-sized ship inspection enterprises. Through researching and analyzing the staff training present situation of C ship inspection company, designed the employee training system for this company, and formulated safeguard measures of system implementation, in order to enlighten domestic similar enterprises’ employee training work and help the establishment of their employee training system.
